The Eduardo Morgan Fellowship Foundation is a non-profit organization established by means of Public Deed 3,911 of June 14, 2000; registered with the 1st Notary of the Circuit of the Province of Panama; and inscribed on August 30, 2000, in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, Entry FIP-3699, Document 144077. The Foundation “constitutes the vehicle through which THE MORGAN & MORGAN GROUP, conformed in its majority by law professionals, channels its Corporate Social Responsibility actions.”
