Morgan & Morgan assisted a real estate private equity fund in acquiring an interest in a luxury beach community development in the Pacific Coast of the Republic of Panama, consisting of three leisure condominiums, beach flats and luxury villas totaling approximately 151 units, as well as spa, gym, beach club, three pools, and concierge services, including, without limitations, negotiating a shareholders agreement regarding corporate governance of the project.
