Allen Candanedo O. joins Morgan & Morgan’s IP team

Morgan & Morgan formally announce the incorporation of Allen Candanedo O. as Associate of its Intellectual Property Department, thus joining the more than 60 law professionals making up the Firm.

Before joining us, Mr. Candanedo was in charge for 10 years of the IP Department of a local law firm. From his position, he coordinated and managed the relation with international correspondents regarding trademark registration, protection and international litigation in North, Central and South America. Likewise, he gained experienced in the marketing and client, businesspeople, and investor-relation fields in Panama and the Colon Free Zone.

Mr. Candanedo obtained his LL. B. at Santa Maria La Antigua University. He thereafter continued his training in Washington, D.C., at the International Law Institutes of George Washington and Georgetown Universities, where he was certified in Orientation in American Law and Intellectual Property. He also made Graduate Studies in Negotiations, Treaties and International Trade, at Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior in Panama, in cooperation with Universidad de Santiago de Chile.

With the incorporation of Mr. Candanedo, Morgan & Morgan strengthens its team of lawyers in the IP area and confirms its position as a leading firm in Panama and Central America, oriented to provide integral and effective solutions to its clients.
